How I work
Four habits, and where I learned them
01
Shrink it
I don’t build until the problem fits in one sentence. On Breakmate, my AI wellbeing capstone, “AI dependency” became “people asking chatbots for reassurance.”
02
Borrow trust
At ADP, owners ignored cold calls but took meetings their banker set up. So I built my whole pipeline through bank branches.
03
Cost it first
Before MOKIO ordered a single bag, I added up every cost of the first run. The coffee turned out to be the cheap part.
04
Scrap it early
On FAiNE I polished screens before the flow worked. When critique showed it was broken, I went back to grayscale and rebuilt it.
Contact
I moved from selling the product to becoming its maker.
